How reps use Quick Quotes on a call
- Open Quick Quotes and choose LTL or Small Parcel.
- Set the role under I am the (usually Shipper).
- Enter the prospect's real origin and destination ZIPs and shipment details.
- Select View Rates and walk through the live numbers with the prospect.
Why it lands
- It uses the prospect's own lanes, so the savings are concrete, not hypothetical.
- It takes seconds and needs no setup, so it's ideal live on a call.
