Billing
The Billings page is where you manage payment details and review charges.
Steps
- In the sidebar under Account, open Billings.
- Review your current plan, payment method, and invoices.
- Update payment details as needed.

Where shipment charges show
On an individual shipment, open it and select View Billing or the Charges tab to see the cost breakdown (sub charges, discounts, surcharges, and total).
Tips
- Keep a valid payment method on file to avoid interruptions to booking.
