Working with Packages, Pallets, and Shipment Specs

The Packages page stores reusable presets so you don't re-enter dimensions every time you book. It has three tabs: Package, Pallet, and Shipment Spec.

Steps

1. In the sidebar under Account, open Packages.
2. Select Package, Pallet, or Shipment Spec.
3. Select Add Package and enter the details.
4. Save.

If you see "No packages found," none have been created yet.

Tips

• Set up your most common box and pallet sizes first.
• Presets speed up both manual shipments and order shipping.
