How to automate orders from any system using email integration

Email integration lets you import orders from any system that can send an order notification email — not just Shopify. Shipduo gives you a unique integration email address; any order emails sent there are imported automatically.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, open Orders → Emails Integration.
2. Copy Your integration email using the Copy button (it looks like yourstore-shipping@orders.shipduo.co).
3. In your selling platform, add this address as the recipient for order notification emails.
4. New order emails sent to that address are imported into Shipduo automatically.

"Add this email to your selling platform as an email for orders notification. You will get orders from your email automatically imported here."

Tips

• This is ideal for platforms without a direct Shipduo integration.
• Make sure the order emails contain the details Shipduo needs to import correctly — see Which details the email must include.
