Which details the email must include to import correctly


For email integration to import an order cleanly, the order notification email needs to contain the key shipping details. Missing fields can cause an order to import incomplete (or not at all).


  • Order number / reference
  • Customer name
  • Full shipping address (street, city, state, ZIP/postal code, country)
  • Items with quantity
