How to ship an order after it arrives in the system
Once an order is imported (from Shopify or by email), you can ship it directly from the Orders page without re-entering the details.
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Orders → Shopify (or the relevant source).
- Find the order. Each row shows the order number, date, payment status, Fulfillment Status, customer, items, and the Delivery Method (e.g., Premium LTL Freight).
- Set the Package for the order using the + button if it isn't set.
- Review the Carrier and Your Rates columns.
- Select Ship to book the shipment. (Use the ... menu for additional actions.)
The order then becomes a shipment you can track under Shipments.
<!-- TODO: confirm what the Ship button opens (a confirm modal vs. the full Create Shipment flow) and what the "..." menu contains -->
Tips
- If Your Rates is empty, check that a package is assigned and that carriers are connected under Integrations.
- Orders marked Unfulfilled are the ones still waiting to ship.
